In US, people use "prepaid," for example:
prepaid credit card.
for "我要儲值100元", you can say:
I would like to deposit $100 into my prepaid card.
The other card is call "debit card".
It will take money DIRECTLY from your checking or saving account.
Hence, "prepaid credit card" is like debit card, but without the bank account with card issuer.
"credit card" is you use your credit to pay for your purchase, then later card issuer will send you the bill. Hence, it is you spend the money first and pay later. "debit credit" is you pay as you go.
cash card (or ATM card) is for you to take money out of your account from an ATM. In US, some of cash card is combined with debit card.
in US, there is so-called "gift card", I think it is much closer to cash card. However, not all of them can put more money in it.
